We want to be honest and up front: studying at Calvary Chapel Bible College Peru is both difficult and challenging; it is definitely not for the faint-of-heart. Our new campus is still very much under construction; we have strict guidelines, a curfew, and a tough "no-dating" policy.

Expectations are high for mature students who are serious about studying God's Word and intend to graduate within the network of CCBC affiliate and extension campuses.  We are looking for those who sense a call of God upon their lives and are willing to endure the rigors and demands of cross-cultural outreach.  CCBC Peru lends itself as a "boot-camp" for those called to launch out into missions ministry.

Our campus will disappoint those seeking tourism, vacation or hoping to find that "someone special."  This is not a place for those struggling with laziness, vices or addictions.  Days are full.  Students will be involved in many areas of Christian service and are expected to work hard.

If you are looking for an opportunity to sweat, study and serve on the front-lines of the mission field, and you are ready to endure hardship, homesickness and spiritual warfare typical for all missionaries, then we welcome you to prayerfully consider applying to our campus.

Academics

In order to graduate from Calvary Chapel Bible College, each student must satisfactorily complete a minimum of 72 credits with course grades at C- or higher, attend 100% of their classes, participate in an evangelistic mission's trip, and fulfill other certain other requirements outlined in the Calvary Chapel Bible College Student Handbook.  Each student is given a Graduation Worksheet by which they keep "on target" toward graduation, which is an average of 20 credits per semester.

Accreditation

Calvary Chapel Bible College Peru issues its own Certificate of Completion to students who satisfactorily finish all coursework and graduation requirements. Normally, this is achieved after completing the two-year (four semester) program.

Credits earned at any of the worldwide Calvary Chapel Bible College affiliate campuses are transferable, as are those issued from Calvary Chapel Bible College Peru. Students who have taken 20 credits from Calvary Chapel Bible College Murrieta are eligible to receive a Bachelor of Biblical Studies degree, through that campus, which is recognized by the State of California.

Admissions

The College is now taking applications for the Fall semester from August 6 through November 16, 2018. Each application will be prayerfully reviewed, and referenced. Once a determination has been made, students will receive an official Letter of Acceptance from the school Registrar via email.

It is strongly recommended not to purchase airline tickets until the Letter of Acceptance has been issued.  The letter will include important information each student will need prior to arrival.  We do suggest acquiring passports as soon as possible as it may require several weeks for the delivery of passports.

Missions Involvement

Each semester there are ample opportunities to be involved in outreach, evangelism and church planting.  This is simply what we do!  We believe those students the Lord directs to our campus are desiring to serve and be involved in cross-cultural missions.  Students have the opportunity to teach English as a means of evangelism each week as we invite the community into our church for a free conversation club.  We also, as the Lord directs, plan and prepare for a week-long missions practicum, to one of Peru's desert, jungle or Andean Mountain regions in which our entire student body participates, therefore satisfying the Mission's Trip requirement for graduation.

Fourth Semester Israel Bible Study Tour

Beginning August 2018, students who complete all four, fully paid semesters of study at the Peru campus of Calvary Chapel Bible College (Cajamarca) will be eligible for an all-expense-paid, 10 day Bible Study Tour of Israel their final semester.  Round trip airfare from Peru to Israel, hotels, bus, two daily meals, tips, driver, and guide will be included in their fully paid $3,699 per semester tuition and graduation package.

Tuition and Financials

Tuition at Calvary Chapel Bible College Peru is $3,699 per semester, which includes: registration, tuition, daily meals, housing, required books, the mission's practicum, and school outings.

A 10%, non-refundable, bed holding deposit ($400) is requested once you receive your Letter of Acceptance. The remaining $3,299 is due in our Stateside office on July 14, 2018.

Refund Policy:  70% of the $3,699 tuition may be refunded prior to the end of the second week of the semester.  No refunds will be granted after Add/Drop period on Friday, August 17, 2018.

Students wishing to graduate with a diploma from Calvary Chapel Bible College Murrieta must submit a $25 administrative fee (per semester), in addition to any graduation fees, and paid directly to the Murrieta campus.  It is required that at least one semester be taken through the Murrieta program.

Because of the mission's nature of the Peru campus, we are not able to receive scholarship requests; any surplus goes into CCBC-Peru evangelistic and church planting endeavors.
